11/20/24: Last day to ship with insurance before December!

The holidays are quickly approaching, which means it's time for Holiday No Ship periods. During these times, the FedEx system will be under heavy strain resulting in a much higher risk of substantial delays and us not being able to open cases on your delayed shipements. Please take note of the following holiday No Ship periods through the rest of the year - insurance will NOT be available during the following dates: 

Thanksgiving and Cyber Week: No Ship Period begins Thursday, 11/21/24 through end of day Friday, 12/6/24

Christmas and New Year: No Ship Period begins Wednesday, 12/11/24 through end of day Friday, 1/3/25.

If your shipment is delayed or lost during these dates, there may be very little we can do, although we'll still do all we can. Even if you purchased insurance ahead of time, if you put your package into the system during a NO SHIP period, that insurance will not be valid.

Please check our site banners often and just prior to shipping - we will read and react to real time conditions and we reserve the right to change the above dates with no warning.

Pay attention to temps and heat pack use!

Fall is well under way which means heat pack season is upon us. While some parts of the country are still mild or even hot, winter weather has started in others. Be sure to check the daytime high temps at BOTH the origin and destination and refer to our Temperature Guidelines - shipping outside of our temp guidelines endangers your animals and nullifies any Redline Shipping Live Arrival Insurance. 

For the safety of your animals, if the daytime high temps straddle two categories, please Contact Us directly for heat pack recommendations that remain within insurance parameters, qualifications, and guidelines. Not all shipments will need a heat pack!

Improper heat pack use is the number one cause of DOAs by far, so please reach out with any temperature questions or concerns!
