Due to FedEx's rollout of their Network 2.0 initiative, various Ship Centers across the US will be closing, moving, and/or merging.

As promised, we are doing our best to stay on top of any upcoming station changes as information becomes available, and we will update this list as we near the closing dates. We continue to work with FedEx for alternate solutions, but in the meantime, get friendly with your local FedEx affiliated shipping spots that may be willing to accept your live shipments for either pickup, drop off, or both! If you find a location that is willing to help live shippers out, or if you hear of a station closing or moving near you, please let us know and we'll make note of it!

Pro tip: reach out to your local FedEx-affiliated shops before needing their services - call around or stop by and mention that you ship harmless live animals in approved packaging, and that you're hoping they are willing to accept your shipments. Please feel free to mention us by name so that they can verify that we are a certified live animal account! 

Once we have confirmation that a station is closing, we will blacklist that location sometime during the week leading up to the closure. If you go to ship to a station that no longer pulls up in our Facility Finder, please check this post to see if that location is on our list!
